1. Return Period
You may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be received by us within this timeframe and in perfect condition.
⚠️ Note: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., bespoke tailoring, monogramming) are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags, packaging, and accessories included
Proof of purchase provided
For defective items, please include clear photos to assist with processing your request

Select the order and click "Request Return".
Our customer service team will review your request within 1–3 business day and notify you via email.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed shipping instructions and a return address.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: Funds will be credited back to the card used at checkout
